3. Introduction of Track Chairs

Prof. Chengwei Zhou, Zhejiang University, China

Chengwei Zhou received his Ph.D. degree in Electronic Science and Technology from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in June 2018. He was a Visiting Researcher at University of Technology Sydney, Sydney, Australia, from April 2017 to October 2017. He served as a postdoctoral research fellow at the State Key Laboratory of Industrial Control Technology, the College of Control Science and Engineering, Zhejiang University, from 2018 to 2020. Since June 2020, he has been with the College of Information Science and Electronic Engineering, Zhejiang University, where he is currently a Professor. He is also a member of the State Key Laboratory of Industrial Control Technology and the Key Laboratory of Collaborative Sensing and Autonomous Unmanned Systems of Zhejiang Province. His research interests are in the areas of array signal processing, direction-of-arrival estimation, and adaptive beamforming.
Dr. Zhou currently serves as an Associate Editor for International Journal of Communication Systems, Franklin Open, and an Editorial Board Member of Journal of Signal Processing (in Chinese). He was also a Committee Member for several IEEE international conferences, including the 11th IEEE Sensor Array and Multichannel Signal Processing Workshop (IEEE SAM 2020). He was the recipient of the 2021 IEEE SPS Young Author Best Paper Award, IEEE ICASSP 2023 Top 3% Paper Recognition, 2019 IET Communications Premium Award, and ISAP 2020 Best Paper Award.



Assoc. Prof. Chaoqun Yang, Southeast University, China

Chaoqun Yang is currently an associate professor with Southeast University. Prior to that, he was an engineer at Nanjing Research Institute of Electronics Technology. He received the B.S. degree in marine technology from Xiamen University, Xiamen, China, in 2014, and the Ph.D. degree in information science and electronic engineering from Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, China, in 2019. His research interest concentrates on multi-target tracking, radar signal processing, cyber security, and information fusion, etc. He has published more than 40 related papers in the fields of cyber security, information fusion and signal processing. He was the session co-chair and received the best organizers award of the international conference on autonomous unmanned systems in 2022. He also serves as the Session Chair for IEEE/CIC International Conference on Communications in 2024, He is a current associate editor of IET Wireless Sensor Systems, one of the guest editors of Internet Technology Letters. He is also an active reviewer for IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, Signal Processing, etc.



Dr. Hui Cao, Wuhan University of Technology, China

Hui Cao is currently a Lecturer with Wuhan University of technology. He received the Ph.D. degree in electronic engineering from City University of Hong Kong, China, in 2017. His research interest concentrates on multi- dimensional signal processing, radar signal processing, array signal processing, etc. He has published more than 30 related papers in the fields of signal processing. He received the Best Paper Award in IEEE International Conference on Signal, Information and Data Processing (ICSIDP2019). He is also an active reviewer for IEEE Transactions on Signal Processing, IEEE Transactions on Aerospace and Electronic Systems, Signal Processing, etc.
