The 14th International Conference on Signal Processing Systems
(ICSPS 2022) was held online during November 18-20, 2022. This
year, it was hosted by Ocean College of Jiangsu University of
Science and Technology, China, assisted by Jiangsu Institute of
Communication - Underwater Communication Professional Committee,
China, the Signal Processing Branch of the Chinese Institute of
Electronics, China, East China Normal University, China, and
Shanghai Key Laboratory of Multidimensional Information
Processing, China and technically supported by the University of
Chinese Academy of Sciences, China.
The conference lasted two days. Two keynote speakers shared with
us their researches and seventeen invited speakers delivered the
invited speeches. Around 200 manuscripts from China, USA, UK,
Saudi Arabia, Thailand, Tunisia, etc. were submitted to the
conference. All the contributed papers were rigorously
peer-reviewed by technical committee members as well as experts
in the field from all over the world. 141 submissions have been
accepted by the conference. These papers were divided into 18
parallel oral presentation sessions. Finally, 18 best oral
presenters were selected by session chairs.
